Le groupe de transport Norbert Dentressangle, qui a subi mercredi des perquisitions dans quatre sites dans le cadre d'une enquête vraisemblablement liée à du travail dissimulé, se défend. Dans une mise au point, elle explique qu'elle respecte scrupuleusement les lois nationales. L'entreprise est soupçonnée d'avoir fait travailler des chauffeurs routiers venus des pays de l'Est (Pologne et Roumanie, notamment), qu'elle paie donc moins cher que leurs collègues français. "Une pratique courante", concède un syndicaliste invité jeudi dans "RTL Midi". Quatre site du groupe Norbert Dentressangle ont été le théâtre de perquisitions mercredi : Sevrey (Saône-et-Loire), de Chambéry (Savoie), Saint-Rambert-d'Albon (Drôme) et Semécourt (Moselle). Une information confirmée par la direction, qui compte 33.000 salariés dans le monde, dont 15.000 en France. |

D'ici à 2014, les Pays de la Loire devraient enregistrer 3 500 départs à la retraite. Rien qu'en Vendée, il faut recruter 500 conducteurs routiers par an. Pour pallier à cette carence, une nouvelle formation en alternance sera lancée au printemps. |

La FCOS (Formation continue obligatoire à la sécurité) est une attestation obligatoire à tout conducteur routier et toute personne affectée à la conduite d'un véhicule de plus de 3,5 tonnes de PTAC que ce soit pour le transport de voyageurs ou de marchandises. Conditions d'obtention Le stage FCOS se déroule dans une auto-école ou un centre de formation spécialisé. Sa durée est de trois jours fractionnables. Contrairement à la FIMO, il n'y a pas test éliminatoire en fin de stage mais une synthèse. Pour les personnes travaillant déjà dans le domaine, les stages peuvent se dérouler au sein de l'entreprise où ils travaillent. Programme
Validité et renouvellement La durée de validé d'une attestation FCOS est de cinq ans. Reconversion Il est possible de passer du transport de marchandises au transport de voyageurs (ou inversement...) en présentant l'attestation de sa spécialité avant la demande de stage. On ne suit qu'un stage FCOS de la spécialité où l'on veut se lancer, sur une durée de trois jours. |
